The 2 Chalets (The Edge & Lotus) have Japanese inspired red cedar interiors providing a comfortable haven within cool Mediterranean-style rendered walls, luxurious bedrooms and spectacular views towards Byron Bay & the surrounding areas. One of the most spectacular mountain range and ocean views to be seen anywhere.
There are generous shaded wrap around verandahs supported by massive Ironbark poles creating the perfect setting to lounge, relax or dine outside.
Sit back and relax in your own private spa bath on the deck of The Lotus Chalet or enjoy the nature spa in the great outdoors. Your hosts can also advise activities, attractions, good restaurants and much more.
A wide range of sumptuous gourmet dinners are provided, such as fresh seafood, free-range poultry and vegetarian delights. Your chalet comes with its own balcony barbecue.
Here, time flows to the gentle pulse of Nature...Brunswick Head's beaches are approximately 10 mins drive away & the shops & eating houses of Byron are 25mins away. Not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

The Koonyum Villa
This fully self-contained villa is ideal for both couples and families, with two bedrooms with King sized beds, & ensuite bathrooms with a private carport. The Koonyum villa is private and secluded.
The private deck, complete with sunken spa, allows you to soak up a vast ocean vista through beautiful eucalyptus trees. In winter you can relax by the lovely, cosy fireplace. The full kitchen offers quality amenities such as a dishwasher, espresso machine, gas oven and stove.
Rates include a gourmet breakfast hamper refillable on request. If travelling with children this villa is the best choice for a family.

The Lotus Villa
Beautifully appointed with organic, quality materials and hexagonally designed to allow the natural breezes and sunlight to flow through, this one-level villa allows you to truly take advantage of the unique surroundings. You can relax in your 4 person sunken deck spa on your private balcony complete with BBQ, and take in the beautiful views or romance the night away as you continue to relax under the stars.
King bed and bathroom, along with kitchenette and modular sofa in living area which can accommodate 2 additional guest (charges apply). Gourmet breakfast hamper is included. Enjoy access to a shared infinity pool with hinterland views.

Policies
Arrival Time: 14:00
Departure Time: 11:00
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. Cancellation requires 14 days written notice and an alternate booking time can be arranged if the room is resold. Cancellations recieved less than 24 hours from the arrival date will be charged full room rate. All cancelations will incur a $165 administration fee. Peak Season (Christmas Easter special event & party bookings for the entire establishment) cancellations of such reservations require one month written notice to obtain an alternate booking time.
