Cancellation Policy

Payments For all online bookings the full payment will be debited off your credit card at time of booking. Cancellation policy Reservations cancelled more than 30 days out from arrival date incur fee of 50% of the booking cost. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days out from arrival date incur a loss of 100% of the booking cost. Pre Authorisation Deposit on Arrival As a security deposit for payment of incidentals restaurant tab and to ensure no damage or loss occurs in the room all bookings require a pre authorisation of a credit card to the amount of $150 upon check in. If you do not have a credit card you can pay a security cash deposit of $150 and this will be returned on check out. Guests agree that any damage incidental costs or room charges will be deducted from their credit card prior to leaving or the amount will be taken from the held security deposit or credit card. Licensed Venue Our ground floor and pool area Komune Beach Club is a fully licensed venue open to the public. Therefore no alcohol can be brought into the Beach Club licenced areas from outside the venue. Due to Licensing restrictions all children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult while in the Beach Club area. Komune Beach Club has regular DJs and live entertainment from Wednesday to Sunday. The Beach Club outdoor areas close at 9PM and the indoor areas at 12AM. The indoor areas of our beach club are sound rated for resort guest comfort after 9PM. Komune and its management reserve the right to refuse entry to or evict any guest for any reason including; infringing these terms and conditions the resorts liquor license and house policy jeopardising the health and safety of other guests or irresponsible behaviour. Private Functions For the benefit of other resort occupants guests are not allowed to use the apartments or rooms for private functions of greater than 8 people.
