Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking and give at least 21 days notice then there is a one-off administration charge of $100 which will be deducted from your deposit. If you need to cancel a booking or shorten a booking after arrival and give less than 21 days notice then your payment will only be refunded if we are able to re-book your cottage for the remaining dates originally booked in which case there is just a one-off administration charge of $100. If we cant re-book your cottage for these dates then there is no refund on your deposit (if cancelling in advance) or of your payment for the dates no longer required. (if shortening the booking period.) **Please Ring us on 0431 101208 when you arrive at the gate (which is just after the cafe). Well then meet you at the cottages where registration will be done. If theres no answer please try again in a few minutes. If you see someone mowing the grass that may be me and I may not be able to hear the phone over the engine noise so just jump up and down to attract my attention! **If youre delayed (or likely to be) by more than an hour of your original ETA please let us know asap (we try to make sure were not too far away on the property around the time of your ETA). **If booking within 24 hours of arrival please ring us to let us know.
