The house features a main bedroom upstairs with its own balcony overlooking the rural landscape, a spa bath & an outside as well as a sandstone shower in the ensuite bathroom. Downstairs is the 2nd bedroom with an amazing handcrafted bed.The 3rd bedroom has external access and comes with its own ensuite bathroom with hand crafted bath/shower.

The living area is downstairs opening out onto the pool area (pool is heated through out the year) with views down to the Gazebo & lake with its own sandy beach. The kitchen has its own unique feature of being both an indoor come outdoor one!...bi-fold doors open up to allow easy access to the BBQ area & outdoor dining space.

ACCOMMODATION

The main bedroom upstairs with en–suite (or honeymoon suite) has a king size bed suitable for 2 adults.

The second bedroom downstairs has a wall to wall double bed (about the same size as two double beds head to head) with two single bunks overhead. This is suited to 4 adults if they don't mind sharing a room or 4 – 6 children.

The third bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom complete with hand made tarazzo bath/shower and its own deck overlooking the lake and gazebo. It has a queen size bed and is ideally suited to two adults.

All linen has been hand tailored and is of the finest quality.
