Waves Boutique Suites - Courtyard and 1st Floor

Our Boutique and Deluxe suites are no less luxuriously appointed. Whether you choose a courtyard suite or a first floor suite, you'll still enjoy the luxury of a king-size bed (plus an additional single bed in the Deluxe Suites) and a stunning bathroom finished in Italian-style granite and marble. A large sofa bed will accommodate an extra two people.

Waves State Suites

The state suites are extremely spacious, offering you plenty of room to spread out and relax! Each state suite is fully air-conditioned, offering the luxury of a king-size bed. A stunning bathroom finished in Italian-style granite and marble features a separate bath and shower. And the two large sofa beds will sleep an extra four people.

Choose from either the:

• The Bay Suite - ocean views, and a large private terrace for dining, entertaining and relaxing.
• The Lawson Suite - its own large, private terrace for dining, entertaining and relaxing.

Waves Beach Studio

Our beach terrace studios represent the laidback feel of Byron Bay. Located only a short stroll (50m) from the beach and sleeping up to four guests.

Features include: Austar satellite TV and a 42” plasma TV with a DVD/CD player. King-size bed. Air-conditioning. Complimentary undercover car parking. Enclosed courtyard, with an outdoor dining setting, Teppinyaki BBQ and stack stone water feature. Exquisite five-point granite and marble bathroom with a separate king size bath, shower and toilet. In-room plunger coffee facilities, toaster and bar fridge. Sofa bed that sleeps an additional two people.

Waves Penthouses

Features include: Audio-visual Bose surround entertainment systems with a DVD/CD player Austar satellite 42” plasma TV. Private outdoor terraces with BBQ facilities. Italian-style granite and marble bathroom. Full-service kitchens, including a dishwasher. King-size bed and plasma TV in bedroom. Two additional sofa beds, including a full leatherette lounge suite. Washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning. Two additional sofa beds, including a full leatherette lounge suite. Sleeps up to 4 people.
