This original two bedroom plus sunroom workman's cottage is a true reflection of Byron's history and charm.

Lantana Byron Bay has been lovingly decorated and furnished with a contemporary, Asian theme in mind.

The open plan living area spills out through three french doors onto a wide, covered north facing verandah and is set amongst lush, landscaped, tropical gardens with water features and beach shower.

The rear of the property has a beautiful big Mango Tree which offers lots of shade to sit under and enjoy alfresco meals, a quiet moment or just to listen to the birds and life going by. There is also access via a lane way to off street secure parking.

The house sleeps 4 ideally but can fit another guest on the double "day- bed" off the living area. Linen is provided however you do need to bring your beach towels.

The house is also fully fenced and there for perfect for young children and of course "man's best friend".

There is a Security deposit on this property.

Location
As we are located right in town at the northern end of Tennyson Street close to playing field and tennis courts, we suggest you leave your car behind and stroll a few minutes to everything Byron has to offer including: world class restaurants, the famous "Beach Hotel" situated right opposite beautiful "Main Beach", "Byron Markets", local shops and supermarket or just sit and relax over an "organic" coffee at one of the many cafes and watch the colourful life of Byron Bay.
