Atlantic Guesthouses are located in the very centre of Byron Bay, on the corner of Middleton and Marvel streets, close to Main Beach, tourist information, cafés and shops. Our spacious accommodation provides a tranquil atmosphere for your holiday. From budget to boutique accommodation, Atlantic has a room to suit your needs. Enjoy your Byron Bay holiday in one of our premium or standard ensuites, spacious doubles or shared rooms. All rooms are Wi-Fi enabled, with fresh linen and towels provided.
Set amongst palm trees and a lush garden, Atlantic encourages the cool and casual lifestyle Byron Bay is famous for. The décor is inspired by boutique Caribbean guesthouses and Byron Bay surf culture. High ceilings, chalk-white walls and the quiet garden create a unique atmosphere and refreshing holiday experience.
Atlantic has three guesthouses: Main, Bluebird and Driftwood. Main and Bluebird are relaxed and casual, with communal kitchen, lounge areas, television, DVD player and outdoor barbeque areas. Both guesthouses have budget shared rooms, double/twin rooms with shared bathrooms, and standard ensuite rooms. Driftwood guesthouse contains stylish premium ensuite rooms, family studio, garden standard ensuite cabins and the American Airstream trailer. The garden separates Driftwood guesthouse from Main and Bluebird, creating a more private holiday experience.
Shared Rooms
For the absolute best in affordable Byron Bay accommodation, Atlantic offers shared rooms with single and bunk beds. With no more than four beds to a room, this budget accommodation maintains Atlantic’s spacious style. Share a barbeque dinner on the deck with other guests or watch a DVD from the library in the communal living area (Wi-Fi enabled). Wander to nearby restaurants and cafés, or cook for yourself in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen (includes tea and coffee making facilities). Fresh linen and towels are provided. Bathrooms are shared between two or three rooms.
Shared rooms can only booked by phone or email.
Rates range from $25-$35 in low season and $30-$50 in high season. Please call for rates over School Holidays, New Year and Festivals.
Double/Twin
Atlantic’s Double / Twin share rooms offer a king size or twin configuration with a shared bathroom at a more affordable rate than our private ensuite rooms. Throughout the guesthouses there is a spacious feel, and these rooms are no exception. Crisp white linen and surf-inspired décor combine to create fresh, clean rooms. Some access a private verandah. Plan your day’s activities on the communal BBQ deck, or relax in the comfortable living room, complete with television and DVD player. Wander to nearby cafés and restaurants, or prepare your meals in the communal, fully-equipped kitchen. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. Wi-Fi enabled.
Standard Ensuite
Our standard ensuites are perfect for couples, and singles who want personal space. Standard ensuite rooms contain a queen sized bed and private bathroom. Fresh linen and towels are provided.
Standard ensuite rooms are air conditioned and contain a television and bar fridge (with tea and coffee making facilities). Some standard ensuite rooms have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and communal entertainment area (includes BBQ deck, lounge, television and DVD player). Standard ensuites have a small outdoor setting, and open onto a garden.
Premium Ensuite
Our premium ensuites are so comfortable our guests often ask to extend their stay. Premium ensuite rooms are more spacious than the standard ensuite. They contain a king sized bed (which can be split into two if required) and private bathroom. Fresh linen and towels are provided. Premium ensuite rooms are air conditioned and contain a HD television, DVD player, satellite TV, and bar fridge (with tea and coffee making facilities). Our family studio is a premium ensuite that sleeps four and has a private kitchen. The premium ensuites are located in the newly renovated Driftwood guesthouse, separate to the shared accommodation.
Airstream
Our American Airstream provides a unique, boutique holiday experience. Featuring polished aluminium interiors, the Ocean Breeze Airstream is a high end caravan and part seaside cottage complete with double bed and private bathroom. Fresh linen and towels are provided. It is air conditioned and contains a television, dinette and kitchenette. The Airstream is located in the Driftwood guesthouse garden.
The Airstream can only be booked via phone or email. Rates are equivalent to those of a Standard Ensuite.
