• Low season rates $1430/385 per night May – August (minimum 3 night stay)
• Shoulder rates $2300/415 per night Feb – April    Oct – Nov (minimum 4 night stay)
• Shoulder + rates  $3200/495 per night   School holidays  (minimum 5 night stay)
• Peak rates $4950 Christmas and January Minimum 7 night stay
• Peak+ rates $5500 New Years and Blues festival  (minimum 7  nights)
• Schoolies welcome $880 per person for 7 nights

All bookings attract a $1000 security deposit
